Advisory for digital assets and fintech, built to execute.

A private advisory practice for teams building in digital assets and financial infrastructure: sharper positioning, structured partnerships, investor-ready materials, and a production AI desk that keeps the pipeline moving after the meeting ends.

THE RECORD: WEBACY · LAVARAGE · INFINEO · COINTELEGRAPH
noah@uwc.fyi·

Focused advisory work for when strategy needs to become execution.

Every lane below is work already done at a named company. The proof line is the receipt; the full record is further down the page.

Institutional Partnerships

Coverage of vault curators, asset issuers, treasury platforms, payment firms, wallets, and DeFi protocols: first outreach through diligence and activation, with the account owned after the first meeting.

Protocol Business Development

Americas coverage for protocols that do not have it: market makers, trading apps, wallets, and token communities, carried from partner mapping through product rollout.

Growth & Distribution

The channel that makes a new financial product sellable: education engines, agent and partner distribution, white papers, training, and the content that compounds.

Investor Readiness

Decks, investor materials, outreach workflows, and the update rhythm that keeps a raise organized and credible through a diligence read.

Commercial Systems

Pipeline structure, CRM builds, reporting rhythm, and the follow-up discipline that makes the whole book visible to the team.

Operator Advisory

The seat next to the founder or CEO: strategy, rooms, travel, and follow-through when the principal cannot be everywhere at once.

AI Operating Systems

The desk UWC runs on and installs for clients: Telegram, LinkedIn, and call notes go in; a morning brief and a ranked pipeline come out. Built in production, not in a prompt window.

UWC Advisors does not raise capital, guarantee financing outcomes, or act as a broker-dealer or registered investment advisor. Investor materials are prepared for clarity and diligence readiness only.

The operating layer.

UWC designs and runs production multi-agent systems with reporting lines, human approval, and cost controls. Everything is broken in on our own stack first; the hardened version ships into the company. At Webacy it runs as the commercial second brain. For clients it is installed as part of an engagement.

IN // No forms, no portals: the desk reads what already exists. A missed thread is treated as a bug, not a shrug.

Built and broken in on our own stack first. The hardened version is what ships into the company.

07:02BRIEF READY · 3 call notes parsed overnight · 2 commitments logged

01 · vault curator · diligence call Thursday. Send the risk memo first.

02 · issuer · stalled 9 days. Re-engage with the allocation note.

03 · wallet · intro accepted. Route to the partnerships packet.

GATEHolding for human approval · est. cost this run: $0.41

Approved by a person, then sent. The desk never speaks for the principal.

Cheap models carry the routine work. Frontier models run only where the output has to be right. A person signs everything that leaves the desk, and every task carries a cost line, so the system stays auditable instead of becoming a pile of prompts.

Track record.

Named companies, real numbers, limits stated. The practice is built on operating mandates and engagements; each one below backs a service above.

Webacy

Institutional partnerships, in market now.

Vault curators, issuers, treasury platforms, payments, wallets, and DeFi protocols, owned from first outreach through diligence. Led Webacy into Aon's DeFi consortium and the conversations that put a presentation in front of NYDFS: both access and positioning, neither a paid contract.

Lavarage

Americas coverage, stood up from zero.

An engagement with a Singapore DeFi trading and lending protocol that grew into running Americas business development: market makers, trading apps, wallets, token communities, the USDC staking and isolated lending rollout, and the CRM behind the book. That relationship opened Webacy.

Infineo

The channel for a DeFi-native RWA product.

Built the education engine that made the agent channel work: white papers, training, ads, and the company podcast. Licensed in life insurance to sit with agents as peers. The channel sourced $44M in on-chain policies; the mandate owned the systems and partner relationships, not the policyholder close. Seed materials were written; the $4M round closed after the mandate ended.

Cointelegraph

Partnerships, then the seat next to the CEO.

Sold and managed the partnership book for Innovation Circle and CT Markets: homepage campaigns and NFT projects with brands including Balenciaga and Snoop Dogg. When the chief business officer became CEO, the mandate widened to Chief of Staff, holding both seats at once.

How an engagement works.

Four moves, in order. Most engagements are the first three. The fourth is for teams that want the system to keep running without the retainer.

01

Map the partners

Name the categories that matter for the motion: curators, issuers, market makers, wallets, treasury platforms, payment firms. Build the target list and the angle for each.

02

Build the materials

Positioning, decks, one-pagers, and investor-ready materials that survive a diligence read. Specific nouns, real numbers, stated limits.

03

Run the first conversations

First outreach through diligence, senior-led in every meeting. The follow-up is carried and what stalls is re-engaged on schedule. The account is owned, not handed off.

04

Install the follow-up system

If the desk needs it: the morning brief, the ranked pipeline, and the routing that keeps the book moving after the engagement ends. Human approval stays on.

Leadership.

UWC Advisors is led by Noah Pollack, a commercial operator in crypto and financial markets since 2017, based in New York.

The practice stays in the market. Its principal runs institutional partnerships at Webacy today, and the same desks, systems, and rooms carry client work.

Engagements are senior-led from the first call through the follow-through, with the operating layer underneath carrying the volume.
